III. USE OF THE SERVICE
1.A person who wants to use Service/Services writes in this matter to the email address: office@michaelismo.com . In response he/she will receive all necessary information needed to perform Service/Services (e.g price and turnaround time). Order of Service/Services involves accepting this Terms of Service.

2.Turnaround time of Service/Services is counted from the moment of paying it by the Buyer and depends on the complexity of the Service. Buyer is always informed before he makes an order on the exact turnaround time necessary to perform Service/Services for him.

3.Subject of Service/Services is only and exclusively making for the Buyer custom made digital goods for order (text / graphic content).

4.The above mentioned content which concerns Service/Services is created in particular as a reply to information sent to the Seller by the Buyer after ordering Service/Services. The above content which concerns Service/Services is also created particularly on the basis of esoteric, occult manuscripts, “tools of divination” (Tarot, runes etc), Seller’s knowledge and abilities and it’s intended for entertainment purposes only.

5.Performed Service/Services is/are sent as a digital file (PDF / JPG) to Buyer’s email address. Because of the personalized and intangible character of this Service refund payment isn’t possible.

6.The price of Service/Services ordered by the Buyer only and exclusively relates to time and effort necessary for the Seller to perform high quality digital content (PDF / JPG) by him, of esoteric thematic profile, which Buyer orders/commissions at the moment of purchase.

7.The Buyer agrees and understands that the service order and paying for service/services from the Seller doesn’t cause him to acquire any rights/copyrights to any digital content created by the Seller.

a.The digital text/graphic content which realization Buyer orders/commissions to Seller is intended only for personal use by the Buyer.
b.The Seller (“Matteo Michaelismo”) is the exclusive author of the content ordered by the Buyer and doesn’t allow to copy, duplicate, sell or posting it to websites.

IV. COMPLAINTS
1.If the Buyer has technical issues with accessing digital files created for him by the Seller and sent to him to his email, he can contact the Seller by writing him a message to his email (mentioned above).

2.Complaints regarding the content of realized Service/Services will not be considered. Because of the personalized and intangible character of Service/Services refund payment isn’t possible.

3.Seller reserves the right to return money to Buyer and refuse to carry out Service/Services without giving any reason. This may occur if the Buyer doesn’t meet conditions of the following Terms of service (e.g is under 18 years of age).

4.Any kind of decisions/actions taken by the Buyer as a result of using Service/Services bought from Seller (“Matteo Michaelismo”) are taken solely on Buyer’s own responsibility. In connection with the above, Buyer is not entitled to any claims for any damage created or which may arise as a result of content received within the frames of bought Service/Services, regardless of direct or indirect cause of the damages created.
